This website is operated by The Stacks Bookshop. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Stacks Bookshop. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

Products

All books sold by The Stacks Bookshop are pre-owned and sold as used. Most titles are one-of-a-kind single copies. We make every effort to describe and photograph each book accurately, including its condition, but please note that minor signs of prior ownership (such as shelf wear, creasing, or previous inscriptions) are normal for used books and may not all be individually noted. Colors and details may also display differently depending on your screen.

Pricing & Availability

Because most of our inventory consists of single copies, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before an order is completed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent or made in error.
